The Service is an invite-only platform for HyperDraft employees and approved members of our inner circle. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice.

5. Tee Times and Reservations

Tee time reservations made through the Service are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled. We are not responsible for any costs or damages arising from changes to scheduled tee times.

6. Scores and Statistics

Users are responsible for the accuracy of scores and statistics they submit. We reserve the right to modify or remove any data that appears to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by HyperDraft and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
